Always known for his chocolate boy image, Vijay Singh Deol or popularly known as Bobby Deol turns 51 on 27th January 2020. He has been part of some of the most spectacular Bollywood films starting from the Yamla Pagla Deewana Series, Race 3, Humraaz and the latest Housefull 4. Recently, in one of his interviews, Bobby revealed some of his fitness mantras. He says that he hasn't been to the gym before doing the 2017 film Race 3. He not only worked hard but also worked regularly in the gym to prepare for that particular role. After that, for an actor of his calibre, it's been certain that he has maintained his body pretty much correctly and can give any younger actor a run for his money!

He believes that one should never smoke or drink if you want to lead a healthy life. He says that these two habits are enough to kill anyone's stamina and immunity for exercising in the gym. Also, one should be true to their gym routines. A healthy life demands some sacrifice. According to Bobby, that sacrifice should be made by avoiding alcohol and tobacco as they can be fatal to the lungs. And once your lungs get damaged, it's you who will be suffering. People with lousy drinking and smoking habits fail to achieve good physically, more often than not. One should avoid them as they can kill your stamina and also your immunity to fight from several other diseases.

Since childhood, we are always told to play an outdoor sport to get into the habit of playing an outdoor activity. Bobby feels that everyone should be playing some physical games like he does and tries to play it regularly for keeping the body fit for a more extended period. He likes playing cricket in his free time.
According to him, one should follow a disciplined routine, and this disciplined routine must include eating correctly, eating timely, sleeping sufficiently and exercising dedicatedly. This should not be monotonous, but yes, it should be disciplined. For keeping a healthy body and dynamic physic, one should follow the 'early to bed and early to rise' mantra. Be it anything you do, exercising, playing a sport or even walking helps a lot. He implies this to himself, too because he thinks morning exercises are the best when it comes to keeping fit and healthy.
